Druidesse is a herbal tea with a rich and delicate taste reminiscent of white tea with floral notes. It is made up of a delicious and inspiring blend of plants native to Quebec, including spirea, also commonly called Canadian tea, American cavalier, a tree with a delicious lemony taste, fir, rose and berries. aronie, one of our hidden boreal treasures.

These plants make this herbal tea an ally for all chronic inflammatory problems such as arthritis and rheumatism. In addition to its inflammatory benefits, keyboard has been recognized as having benefits for blood circulation and related disorders. Spirea will be a great ally for digestive disorders while rose will be more useful to help against sore throats, to regenerate the intestinal and pulmonary mucous membranes, to calm down and soothe anxiety and stress. Fir is rich in vitamin C and will be useful to soothe lung problems and during winter ailments. Aronia is one of the berries richest in vitamin C and antioxidants. It is therefore recognized for strengthening the immune system, as a cardiovascular protector, regulating cholesterol and blood sugar, helping to fight arthritis and toning the body.

20g herbal tea (approximately thirty cups).
The bags are ecological and compostable, so all you have to do is cut out the label before putting the bag in your compost/municipal compost.
The labels are recyclable, but you can also keep them as a souvenir or decoration.
Ingredients: Spirea, American keyboard, balsam fir, rose, aronia.

Infusion Instructions:

Add 2 tbsp. tea of herbal tea mixture in 1 cup of hot, but not boiling, water.
Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Filter using a sieve and enjoy!

Iced herbal tea:

Follow the herbal tea preparation instructions above.
Once the herbal tea has been filtered, let it cool in the refrigerator.
Adjust sugar to taste. You can also add a little lemon or cranberry juice.
To make a pitcher of iced herbal tea, steep 4 tablespoons of herbal tea in 6-8 cups of hot water and follow the herbal tea instructions above.
