IN-STORE PICKUP

Free in-store pickup is available at our boutique located at 226 Notre-Dame Street, Donnacona, during regular business hours. Please refer to the About, Contact Us, or Google sections to view our current opening hours.

Please note that orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us.


RESERVATIONS / HOLDS

Due to the unique nature of our vintage and antique items, we do not offer reservations or holds.

If an item catches your eye, we recommend placing an order online or visiting the store promptly. You may also contact us by phone. A temporary payment link can be sent to you by email to complete your purchase.

Please note that no item will be held without full payment. Orders must also be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is available within Canada only.

Please note that shipping is not available for large items (such as furniture) or particularly fragile items. When applicable, this will be specified on the product page. These items are available for in-store pickup only.


SHIPPING

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 5 business days, unless circumstances beyond our control arise. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible—we know you’re eager to receive it!

Packages are typically picked up by our carrier on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Delivery times range from 1 to 6 days, depending on the destination. Delays may occur during busy periods (such as the holiday season) or due to events such as a Canada Post strike.

Please note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.

  • Without signature: $13.99
  • With signature: $15.99

SHIPPING RATES – CANADA (OUTSIDE QUEBEC)

  • Without signature: $19.99
  • With signature: $21.99

DELIVERY WITHOUT SIGNATURE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the no-signature option is selected. If you proceed with payment using the “Pay Now” button, this option will be selected by default.


DELIVERY WITH SIGNATURE

This is the most secure option to reduce the risk of lost packages.

If a signature is required and no one is present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to track your package using the tracking number provided. If the package is not picked up from the Purolator distribution center and is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


For both delivery options, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
