Delivery and pick-up in store

 

PICKUP IN STORE

Pick-up is offered free of charge at our store located at 226 Notre-Dame Street in Donnacona, according to the current opening hours. Please refer to the About, Contact Us, or Google sections to find out our current opening hours. Note that pick-up must be made within 2 weeks following the purchase unless a prior agreement has been made with us.

RESERVATION / HOLD
Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness of our vintage and antique items, we do not make any reservations or holds. It is therefore advisable to place an order online or to visit the store quickly if an item catches your eye! You can also contact us by phone. A provisional order link will then be sent to you by email and must be paid in order to complete the purchase of the desired item or items. No reservation will be guaranteed until full payment of the item. The order must also be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase, unless a prior agreement has been made with us.  

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Delivery is free in Canada only.

Please note that delivery is not available for bulky items, such as furniture, or for particularly fragile items. If applicable, this information will be specified on the product sheet. These items are only available for in-store pickup.

 

DELIVERY
Your package will be prepared and shipped within 5 business days following your order unless there are reasons beyond our control. Rest assured that we strive to send your package as quickly as possible. We know you are eager to receive it! Unless unforeseen circumstances arise, packages are picked up by our carrier every Wednesday and Thursday. Shipping times vary between 1 and 6 days depending on where the packages are being sent. Delays may be longer during peak times such as the holiday season.

Please note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.

Delivery WITHOUT signature
Note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of packages when the no signature option is selected. If you make a payment using the "pay now" button, the no signature option will be selected by default. 

Delivery WITH signature
This option is the safest to reduce the risk of package loss. Please note that if you request a signature and no one is present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to track the status of your package using the tracking number provided. In the event that a package is not picked up at the Purolator distribution center and is returned to our offices, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping fees.

For either of the options above, it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address as well as your contact details are correct. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the loss of a package due to an incorrect address. No compensation will be offered in this case.
