PICK UP IN STORE

Pick-up is free at our store located at 226, rue Notre-Dame in Donnacona, according to current opening hours. Please refer to the About, Contact Us or Google sections to find out our current opening hours. Note that pickup must be made within 2 weeks of purchase unless previously agreed with us.

RESERVATION/LAYAWAY
Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness of our vintage and antique items, we do not do any reservations/layaway. It is therefore advisable to place an order online or visit the store quickly if an item appeals to you! You can also contact us by telephone. A provisional order link will then be sent to you by email and must be paid in order to complete the purchase of the desired item(s). No reservation will be guaranteed before full payment for the item. The order must also be collected within 2 weeks of purchase, unless previously agreed with us.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Delivery is available in Canada only.

DELIVERY
Your package will be prepared and sent within 5 working days of your order unless there are reasons beyond our control. Please rest assured that we will do our best to send you your package as soon as possible. We know you can't wait to receive it! Barring unforeseen circumstances, packages are collected by our carrier every Wednesday and Thursday. Shipping times vary between 1-6 days depending on where packages are being shipped. Delays may be longer during busy periods such as the holiday season.

Please note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery. delivery.

Delivery WITHOUT signature
Note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of packages when the option without signature is selected. If you make a payment using the 'pay now' button, the no signature option will be selected by default.

Delivery WITH signature
This option is the safest in order to reduce the risk of package loss. Please note that if you request a signature and no one is present when the package is delivered, it is your responsibility to track the status of your package using the tracking number sent. In the event that a package is not picked up at the Purolator distribution center and is returned to our office, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping costs.

For any of the above options, it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the loss of a package due to a wrong address. No compensation will be offered if applicable.

Note that there is no delivery on furniture and large items, unless you have made a prior agreement at info@demainpeutetre.ca.
