Delivery and return
Your package will be prepared and sent within 5 working days of your order unless there are reasons beyond our control. Rest assured that we are working hard to get your package to you as soon as possible. We know you can't wait to receive it!
Free shipping with any purchase of $100 or more
We are happy to offer you free delivery with any purchase of $100 or more, before taxes, after discounts. Please note that the option without signature will be selected by default. Free shipping does not apply for US residents.
Delivery WITHOUT signature
Province of Quebec : delivery is offered at a flat rate of $12 anywhere in Quebec for packages without a signature required upon receipt.
Other provinces of Canada and the United States: delivery is offered at the flat rate of $15 for packages without signature required upon receipt anywhere in Canada except the province of Quebec and the United States.
Note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of parcels when the option without signature is selected. If you make a payment using the “pay now” button, the no-signature option will be selected by default.
Delivery WITH signature
It is possible to receive a package with a mandatory signature upon receipt at the fixed rate of $14 for the province of Quebec and $17 for the other provinces of Canada. This option is the safest in order to reduce the risk of loss of parcels. Please note that if you request a signature and no one is present when the package is delivered, it is your responsibility to track the status of your package using the tracking number sent. In the event that a package is not picked up at the Purolator distribution center and returned to our offices, you will be responsible for paying the new freight charges.
For either of the above options, it is your responsibility that the shipping address and your contact details are correct. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the loss of a package due to an incorrect address. No compensation will be offered if applicable.
Note that there is no delivery on furniture and large items, unless you have made a prior agreement at email@example.com.
PICKUP IN STORE
Pick-up is offered free of charge at our boutique located at 226, rue Notre-Dame in Donnacona, according to the opening hours in effect. You refer to the sections The shop or Contact us or to google to know our opening hours. Note that collection must be made within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed with us.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. No refund or exchange will be made after this period. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it. with your receipt or proof of purchase. For any purchase made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued as a refund.
Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part cannot be refunded.
Sale and free items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable. Promotional items such as gifts with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash. When returning of an order that includes a gift with purchase, the latter must be returned whether it is a return of one or more items of this order.
Plants (in store only)
No warranty is offered on the plants. It is therefore advisable to avoid buying plants when the outside temperature is too cold to prevent them from perishing when you return home.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain number of days. You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as the refund is processed.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
In case of breakage (which differ from those listed in the product sheet if applicable), send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. It is important to keep the packaging as well as the object until the return process is complete, otherwise we will not be able to process your request. We will give you a promo code equal to the damaged item as compensation.
