EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, it is possible to return your purchase.Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part cannot be refunded.
Sale and free items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable. Promotional items such as gifts with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash. When returningof an order that includes a gift with purchase, the latter must be returned whether it is a return of one or more items of this order.
Plants (in store only)
No warranty is offered on the plants. It is therefore advisable to avoid buying plants when the outside temperature is too cold to prevent them from perishing when you return home.
BACK IN STORE : You can return an item within 30 days of purchase directly in store. No refund or exchange will be made after this period. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it.with your receipt or proof of purchase. For any purchase made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued as a refund.
RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL : To return a product purchased on our online store, you must send it by post within 30 days of purchase to:Tomorrow Maybe, 226 rue Notre-Dame, Donnacona, Quebec, G3M 1G5
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, if the item is in its original condition. You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as the refund is processed.
Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on our part. You will therefore be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. These costs are not reimbursable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
Know that we take all the necessary precautions to avoid damage related to transport. However, they are unfortunately beyond our control. In case of breakage related to transport, nWe will give you a gift card equal in value to the damaged item as compensation. No refunds will be offered.
To get your gift card, email us at info@demainpeutetre.ca with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. It is important to keep the packaging as well as the object until the return process is complete, otherwise we will not be able to process your request.
