Lignum vitae

Palo santo (holywood) is known to purify the ambient air in addition to calming the mind. It is also an ally against headaches thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. Lavender also brings peace and serenity.

Use
Light a stick using a match or lighter. LLeave the flame about 20-30 seconds before gently blowing it out. Then place your stick in a non-flammable container and let it burn. A staff can be reused several times depending on your ritual. BWell extinguish the wood when your cleansing ritual is complete.

Contains 3 palo santo sticks of about 4 inches and a few sprigs of lavender.
